OnePlus rolled out the last OxygenOS 11 beta to the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro last month. And, now released a stable build which brings the newest security patch. According to the official forum post, the OxygenOS 11.0.8.8 update also brings screenshot feature for AOD, Bitmoji feature for AOD which has been co-designed with Snapchat. The Bitmoji AOD feature allows users to set personal Bitmoji avatars on the ambient display. You can set up your Bitmoji avatar by navigating to Settings > Customization > Clock on ambient display > Bitmoji. The software update adds an un-installable OnePlus Store which gives an easy way to manage the OnePlus account. It also allows you to purchase OnePlus products and get support. OnePlus has optimized the portrait mode effect of the front camera. The update fixes navigation gestures issues and improves system stability.

Like other OTA updates, this one is also rolling out in an increments fashion. It means that the OxygenOS 11.0.8.8 update will initially reach a limited number of OnePlus 8 / 8 Pro and then a broader rollout in the coming days if no critical bugs are found.
