#Method 1 – Full Factory Reset
All you have to do is perform a full Factory Reset on your device which will remove all the data from the device and reset the device to its stock firmware. Step 1. Reboot your Galaxy device in the Recovery Mode. Press the Power button to switch it off. Then press the power button again with Volume Up and Home buttons together. Step 2.
